A 55” plasma screen – 16.9 format on a stainless-steel base measuring 2 metres (height)
HDMI connection for your laptop.
Audio equipment
A mixing table with an HF mic and two mini jacks.
The sound (background music only) is diffused via the speakers in the room’s ceiling.
An HF mic can be used on the podium. (AA batteries).
Please note that we do not accept dances, DJs, live bands or any other entertainment with amplified sound.

130 people for a Walking/Buffet Diner event

Pricing 2024

You want to organize your event at 5 Grand Place?
We offer you a basic package including the rental of the house only.

Rental/Private function

2.500€ VAT exc.

The fee includes the basic sound and lighting package (see equipment), utilities, insurance, cleaning, a 5h/day event manager package.

The security guard

Day of assembly/disassembly: €1250 excl.

Option

catering, sound/light/video upgrade, floral decorations, change of layout, reception and cloakroom staff, security guard, parking, MC/host, photograph, etc.
